Common questions
Do you work with teams outside of education?
Yes. While most of my experience is in education and admissions, the principles apply broadly. If you have messy data and unclear processes, I can probably help.
What size teams do you typically work with?
I work with everyone from solo founders to teams of 50+. The approach is different, but the goal is the same: clarity and action.
Do you build production-grade software?
I build prototypes and proof-of-concepts. If you need a full production system, I can help with the design and specs, then hand off to a development team.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1-2 weeks, depending on my current workload. If it's urgent, we can often find a way.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's fine. Most people aren't sure at first. We'll start with a discovery call to figure out where you are and what makes sense as a next step.
