I work at the intersection of data, operations, and human behaviour. Most of my work has been in education and admissions, where the stakes are high and the systems are usually messy.

Over the last few years, I've helped teams move from "We have data but no clarity" to "We know exactly what's happening and what to fix next."

My journey so far

Early days – Numbers & systems

I've always enjoyed structured thinking – from school responsibilities to early leadership roles, I learnt how people and systems come together.

Admissions & operations

Working in admissions gave me a ground-level view of lead flows, counsellor behaviour, and how small process changes impact thousands of students.

Data & analytics

I got deeper into Python, SQL, Excel, and BI tools – not as an academic exercise, but to answer real questions from decision-makers.

AI & automation

Now I focus on building small, practical AI agents and automation that remove friction from everyday work.

How I look at data & AI

  • Data is only useful if it changes decisions.

    Numbers without context are just noise. Good analytics helps teams act faster and with more confidence.

  • Dashboards must be brutally simple and honest.

    If a dashboard needs a 30-minute explanation, it's not working. Show what matters, hide what doesn't.

  • AI is not magic; it's a tool that should make humans calmer, not more confused.

    The best AI applications are boring and reliable. They handle repetitive tasks so people can focus on what actually needs their judgment.

  • The best systems are the ones your team actually uses.

    Adoption matters more than perfection. A simple Excel sheet that everyone opens is better than a fancy platform that nobody touches.
